Guest Policies
So that all will enjoy their stay, please observe these policies:
- Please do not park or drive on the grass.You could be asked to leave
- All guests must register and obtain passes before entering the park.
- All overnight fees to be paid “In Advance”.
- Each paid overnight stay includes 2 adults & 2 children under 10, kids under 3 are free.
- All Visitors of registered campers-$2.00 per person, per day. Checkout for visitors is 10:00 pm
- Check out for a site is 11:03 AM, a $1.00 per hour charge will apply each hour until 6:00 pm; after 6:00pm you will be charged a full nights stay.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00am. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
- Only one RV unit and one vehicle per site. Additional equipment/tent is an Additional Charge. Check with office for additional parking.
- Washing of vehicle or RV is not allowed, however, one bucket of water to wash off the bugs is free.
- Servicing of RV or any vehicle on site ( Oil changes, etc. ) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED
- An airtight sewer boot is required.
Public Restrooms: Handicapped accessible, unisex restrooms/showers are available 24 hours. Hand laundry or dishes are not allowed to be done in restrooms or laundry room.
Laundry Room: Open 24 hours/7 days a week. Please help us keep this area sanitary. Hanging out laundry is not permitted.
Public Phone: Located in the Laundry Room.
Mats & Carpets: Please limit the size to no more than 2’X 3’. Mats are not allowed on grass.
Smoking: It is not allowed in the office, meeting room, restrooms, laundry room or near the playground.
Pets: Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash (8’ maximum) and cleaned up after. Pets are not allowed in the office building, restrooms, or playground areas. Do NOT leave pets unattended. Pets must be inside an enclosed shelter at night. Management reserves the right to limit size, aggressive breeds and quantity of dogs. A pet waiver must be signed at check in.
Trash: Please tie all bags placing in the dumpster near the office. Cigarette & Cigar butts are considered litter, please dispose of them accordingly.
Dump Station & Water Fill: These are available on site for non-registered guests. A $8.00 charge will be collected for the dump station and $7.00 for water fill.
Reservation Refunds: A refund will be issued for any cancellation 7 days PRIOR to the reserved date. Any cancellation less than 7 days will be charged one (1) nights stay unless we can fill that site for that night. Web reservations are subject to a $10.00 per night cancellation fee.
*** Special events ( Holiday's, Old Threshers, RAGBRAI) cancellations will not recieve a refund.***
Generators, firearms, or fireworks ARE NOT PERMITTED
This is private property. Violation of these policies or generally antisocial behavior not covered herein may result in you being asked to leave the premises. We reserve the right to enforce our rules and refuse to register undesirable guests. If evicted, NO REFUND. Your help be adhering to these policies is a vital part in helping us provide a safe, secure, enjoyable property.
